Most of us Beat Ourselves up over and over again with Guilt Trips

Then we try to fix it by Escaping and Masking it with some type of Substance.

Finally we get sucked into a Vortex of Confusion and Addiction which leads to death 85 percent of the time:

Death of a Friendship
Death of a Family
Death of a Marriage ect..

So how do we avoid this Trap?

Maybe we need to change our Mind Set and our Perception of God?
