Today in the One Year Playbook we see David asking God to forgive him for
his sins.

GREAT LEADERS CONFESS!

"Create in me a pure heart, O God,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me from your presence
or take your Holy Spirit from me.
Restore to me the joy of your salvation
and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me." Psalm 51

David was very upset about what he did. Nathan the prophet and friend had to show David he was in the wrong.

Friends will shoot straight with each other and tell each other what they need to know.

David responded with a broken spirit.
