DANIEL180: IF GOD WERE TO ASK ME.... WHY DID YOU LAUGH?

As I was reading from His Sacred Scrolls discovered in 11 caves in Qumran in 1948...

Q180: QUESTIONS FROM GOD:

Our Redeemer asked Abraham,

"Why did your wife laugh?"

Sarah quickly spoke out, saying: "But I didn't laugh." Quickly my Redeemer replied: "Yes Sarah, you did laugh."

Abraham never answered the question. Maybe the subject of having a baby hurt too much to talk about. Abraham was very old with Medical Issues. Sarah was beyond her childbearing years.

My Redeemer promised to grant them a baby many years earlier. My Redeemer told Abraham to change her name from Sarai meaning "my Princess" to Sarah meaning "Princess of nations." Gen 17:15

As I thought about this I remembered times in my own life when I laughed after I thought all hope was gone.

I would say things like, "ya right.... sure....maybe I'm just not cut out for this!"

My Laughter was of unbelief, skepticism, sarcasm etc..

Then I realized that sometimes in life we try to protect our emotions by thinking of the worst case scenarios. After all, why get our hopes up for another let down?

This type of unbelief and sarcasm causes emotional scaring, bitterness and negativity."

So my Redeemer said, "how do you overcome setbacks and keep from being emotionally scarred?

Then I said, "only you know my Lord!"

So He said, "it starts with Gratitude!"

"Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice.... "

Then I said, "how do I do this my Lord when I don't feel like it? It is so hard to motivate myself to be thankful when I disappointed?"

He said, "disappointment is the best time to be thankful my friend!

I love this type of Sacrifice because when you do what is beyond you it is total Faith in Me!

Being a person of sacrifice and service to others will give you the gift of Gratitude! Gratitude changes everything including you my friend!
