Fw: Make an Impact

Team:
Here are two great messages from Leaders of two different Huddles in California and Colorado.

If you have something God has put on your heart and want to share it then forward it to me and I will pass it on to all the Huddles throughout the country.

People want to hear your Story and what God is putting on your Heart.

The first message is from Chaparral Baseball Player Derek Quinn.

The second message is from Colorado/Linfield Point Guard Joy Ponder.

Derek encourages us to lift someone up and Spread the Good News that God has a great Plan for us.

Joy shows us that God is in the Second Chance business. God is always willing to forgive our mistakes and give us a new lease on Life.

"When you make a mistake, admit it; learn from it and don't repeat it."

By Chaparral Baseball Player Derek Quinn:

It is not important who does the planting, or who does the watering. What's important is that God makes the seed grow.

The one who plants and the one who waters work together with the same purpose. And both will be rewarded.
1 Corinthians 3: 7-8

Spread the Word!

Change someone's life and plant the seed of Jesus Christ in their heart!

Make an impact on someone today and let the light of the Lord shine through you!

God Bless!
Derek Quinn

By Colorado/Linfield Point Guard Joy Ponder:

John 23:39-43

Then one of the criminals who were hanged blasphemed him saying " if you are Christ save yourself and us."

But the other answering rebuked him saying,

"Do you not even fear God seeing you are under the same condemnation
and we indeed justly for we receive the due rewards of our deeds but this man has done nothing wrong?"

Then he said to Jesus, "Lord remember me when you come into your kingdom."

And Jesus said to him, "assuredly I say to you, today you will be with me in paradise."

What love God has for us and what mercy!

This man lead a life worthy of crucifixion. This is the most degrading way to die in human history.

He was mocking Jesus before he realized the folly of his ways.

He then realized and repented on his "death bed" and Jesus full of compassion welcomes him with open arms and fully cleanses him into his kingdom!

Do we ever have doubts that God loves us or wants the ultimate best for us?

It is so clear how much He loves us!!!!

Joy Ponder
