1. Wake up write the first WORD you think about:

2. Make Bed - If the day was not as you expected but you got through it then you will know at least know you did 1 great thing.

ONE PROGRESSION
- progress = motivation.

3. Run 2 miles..or do a fast paced low weight work out... studies show that when you run / workout 30 min per day your dopamine and serotonin levels increase significantly. This will destroy anxiety, emptiness, guilt and depression.

- You can work out while you do steps 3 or 4.
