Fw: Leaders Prepare and Encourage

Team:

Today in the One Year Playbook 7-19 David Prepares and Encourages his son Solomon.

Leaders Prepare and Encourage.

David was sharing with his son Solomon that God was going to use him (Solomon) to build the Temple.

David had been Preparing all of the supplies and laborers for the Project.

Now it is time to pass it on to Solomon.

Solomon was probably very nervous and unsure of himself.

When there is a gap between where I am and where I need to be it is insecurity.

So David was encouraging Solomon. He was telling him that everything was ready and all the support you need is right here.

David said to Solomon his son, "Be Strong and Courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord God, my God, is with you. He will not leave you or forsake you until all the work for the service of the Temple of the Lord is Finished." 1 Chronicles 28:20

God's Word will reassure us that we are up to the Task. God's Playbook Bridges the Gap of where I am and takes me to where I need to be to accomplish the Goal. Phil 4:13 Zech 4

Sometimes members our own Team feel the same way. We need to let them know they are Prepared and Encourage them.

Just like David Prepared and Encouraged his son for a Big Project we have the Opportunity to do the same thing for our Family, Team, Organization ect...

Remind your Team that God is with them.
Leaders Prepare and Encourage.
