GREAT LEADERS ARE DETERMINED!

Team:

Have you ever been set up for an ambush? Today in the One Year Playbook we see how Daniel responds to this conspiracy.

GREAT LEADERS ARE DETERMINED!

"So they went to the king and spoke to him about his royal decree: "Did you not publish a decree that during the next thirty days anyone who prays to any god or human being except to you, Your Majesty, would be thrown into the lions' den?" Daniel 6:12

Daniel was a leftover from the previous kingdom he found favor with the new leaders. The enemy wanted to get rid of Daniel so they found a way to trip him up.

Daniel Prayed three times a day to the God. The enemy knew this and convinced the king to make it against the law to pray.

GREAT LEADERS ARE DETERMINED!

Daniel was thrown in with the Den of lions. Darius knew he was tricked but had to go with it. Darius was very upset and probably had a sleepless night. However, the next day Darius went to the Lions Den and found Daniel alive and hanging out with the Lions.

GREAT LEADERS ARE DETERMINED!

Friends, the word says, "Greater is He that is in you then he that is in the world."

Daniel was not going to compromise out of fear. Daniel was determined to keep his faith no matter what.

Determination is the key here. God wants us to be Determined to win no matter what.

GREAT LEADERS ARE DETERMINED!

GREAT LEADERS ARE CONSISTENT!

Team:

Belshazzar was the son of Nabonidus. Belshazzar was getting very arrogant in today's One Year Playbook. In Daniel Chapter 5 Belshazzar felt like he was above the rules. He was saying "those rules don't apply to me."

There was a party going on and everyone was drunk and waisted. The leaders of Babylon were getting drunk and complacent.

They left the gates to the city open and the enemy came in and destroyed Babylon that very night.

GREAT LEADERS ARE CONSISTENT!

They let their guard down and the enemy came in like a whirlwind and destroyed Babylon.

Daniel's role was to be consistent.

Friends, our role is to also be consistent. As the country was in a crises the people needed a leader that was consistent. Today more then ever fathers, mothers, coaches, teachers, pastors ect.. need to be consistent.

GREAT LEADERS ARE CONSISTENT!

We have to send the same message or we will confuse our children, students, players ect...

GREAT LEADERS ARE CONSISTENT!

GREAT LEADERS ARE HUMBLE!

Team:

Have you ever had to confront someone with the truth. It is very tough. Here Daniel had to give a message from God to Nebuchadnezzar. Nebuchadnezzar had a short temper and might have ordered Daniel to be killed.

GREAT LEADERS ARE HUMBLE!

Sometimes it's hard to give a friend advise.

In today's passage God gave the King a year to repent and turn 180 degrees from his pride and arrogance. But Nebuchadnezzar did not repent and God stripped his kingdom away from him. He had to flee to the wilderness where he became insane or a beast.

GREAT LEADERS ARE HUMBLE!

Nebuchadnezzar tried to replace God and wanted everyone to worship him instead of God.

If we try to replace God we become a beast to everyone around us. As a father am I putting God first in my family or am I a beast that comes home every night trying to find fault?

There are a lot of situations in Leadership where we can let it go to our heads.

"God resists the Proud and gives grace to the Humble." Prov 3:34

I really don't want God to resist me.

GREAT LEADERS ARE HUMBLE!

Just Go!!

GREAT LEADERS LIVE WITH PURPOSE!

Team:

Have you ever felt cheated or that you have been treated unfairly?

Here in Daniel we see Daniel leading his circle of friends from within. Daniel could have been bitter and angry after him and his buddies were kidnapped and taken far away to Babylon.

GREAT LEADERS LIVE WITH PURPOSE!

Daniel decided to take the high road and be positive no matter what. He was determined not to compromise his beliefs.

Daniel's friends fed off of Daniel's Leadership. Daniel chose to be positive and in turn his friends were positive.

This Positive Leadership granted him and his buddies favor in this new land 100's of miles away from their home.

GREAT LEADERS LIVE WITH PURPOSE!

"But Daniel made up his mind that he would not defile himself with the king's choice food or with the wine which he drank; so he sought permission from the commander of the officials that he might not defile himself."

Notice how respectful Daniel was. He could have copped an attitude but he did not. Daniel was very close to God and was confident that God would make everything turn out right in his favor.

It goes on to say that Daniel found favor with the leaders.

Friends, it is so hard to be respectful when we have been treated unfairly. Daniel chose to give the situation to God and make the best of it without compromising his beliefs.

Daniel knew the scriptures and read them daily. "The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and He delighteth in his way."(Psalm 37:23, KJV)

It is difficult to let things go and not get bitter and angry.

Hebrews 12:15, "Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled."

Bitterness causes us to do things we will regret. The Lord says Vengeance or Revenge belongs to God not us.

Some things we can't control but we can control our attitude.

Daniel Purposed in his heart not to defile himself with the World without bitterness and anger.

Daniel would go on to be one of the World's most Influential Leaders ever.

"Self-pity is our worst enemy and if we yield to it, we can never do anything wise in this world."

GREAT LEADERS ACCEPT THE JOB!

Team:

Have you ever been chosen by a coach, teacher or employer for a position? If so, you were chosen for a reason. The coach, teacher or employer had a specific position for you to fill.

Have you ever been chosen for an award? You were given that award for your hard work, dedication and desire.

No matter what the answer to the above question is God Chose you!

GREAT LEADERS ACCEPT THE JOB!

"But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light."
1Peter 2:9

God had a plan us before time began.
He chose us to be on His team. We are special to God. He has a work he wants to do in our lives.

We can be chosen by a coach, teacher or employer but we have to accept the offer.
GREAT LEADERS ACCEPT THE JOB!

GOD CHOSE US - WILL WE CHOOSE HIM?

"just as He chose us in the Messiah before the creation of the universe to be holy and blameless in his presence. In love." Ephesians 1:4

When was the last time you showed up somewhere and the door or gate was locked? Maybe it was the grocery store? How do you feel?

I don't know about you but I feel stressed. I worry that we don't have the supplies to get us through the night.

GREAT LEADERS ARE THANKFUL!

Today in the One Year Playbook we see the East Gate of the city closed until Jesus opens it in the future.

There have been many attempts to open the East Gate and all have failed. The East Gate will be locked until Jesus comes back and opens it.

GREAT LEADERS ARE THANKFUL!

"Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name"(Psalm 100:4, NKJ)

Friends we don't have to wait until this prophesy is fulfilled. God can open up the gates of Opportunity right now. When Jesus opens the gate He opens up Opportunity.

Fw: GREAT LEADERS ENJOY THE NOW!

Team:

Did you know that God wants to rest His feet in our lives? God wants us to enjoy the now right now!

The Playbook says our body is the Temple of the Lord.

The Lord said to me, "Son of man, this is the place of my throne and the place where I will rest my feet.." .Ezekiel 43:7

Psychologist William Morriston reported that 94% of the 3,000 persons he surveyed were enduring today in order to get to tomorrow.

GREAT LEADERS ENJOY THE NOW!

Is that what life is about? Are we supposed to just get by? Is life that miserable?

God does not want us to just endure the present to get to the future. God wants us to enjoy the present. The Lord wants to hang out with us and give us rest and peace in the now right now.

Friends, the place Ezekiel is talking about is the new Temple that will be built in the future. However it is also our lives. God wants to rest in our lives now.

"Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends." Rev 3:20

GREAT LEADERS ENJOY THE NOW!

What is it we are enduring? Is it our job, school, relationships, ect.. ?

The God of Peace wants to come into our lives and give us Peace for the Now.

"He who has the Son (Jesus) has life..."
1 John 5:12

When God comes in and rests His feet in our Temple He gives us Rest and Peace Now.

Now we can look forward to a Great Future right Now!

GREAT LEADERS DO A DIAGNOSTIC CHECK!

Team:

Have you ever had to deal with a leaky radiator? Every day you have to refill it with fluid only to have it leak out again. Over time it gets worse and worse until the radiator overheats and leaves you stranded with major car repairs.

GREAT LEADERS DO A DIAGNOSTIC CHECK!

Today in the One Year Playbook we see the Future Temple in Ezekiel 40. God will use adversity to help us. The Lord turns Problems into Opportunities. The Lord is telling the people that this isn't it.

GREAT LEADERS DO A DIAGNOSTIC CHECK!

God was saying You Will Live Again! All hope is not lost. He was encouraging the people to believe in the Future and Plan of God.

Now we come back to reality where Jeremiah is saying Israel and Judah are like broken cisterns. Just like a radiator they didn't realize there was a leak in their relationship with God until it was too late.

GREAT LEADERS DO A DIAGNOSTIC CHECK!

Jeremiah 2:13 - For My people have committed two evils: they have forsaken Me, the fountain of living waters, to hew for themselves cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.

The people forgot what God had done for them. The enemy was about to take over and Jeremiah was pleading with the people to turn 180 degrees and follow God. They did not so the Assyrians and Babylonians invaded and destroyed the nation.

In the same way we need to make sure we don't have a "leaky radiator.". So how do we do this? We do a diagnostic check to find out.

GREAT LEADERS DO A DIAGNOSTIC CHECK!

GREAT LEADERS STAY STRONG!

Team:

Do you ever feel like no one understands why you love God so much? Sometimes when we our in a group our peers will make fun of us because we believe and trust God.

GREAT LEADERS STAY STRONG!

It is not only in our peer groups but also the Media, TV, Radio ect..

Today in the One Year Playbook we see an incredible prophesy. Ezekiel 38,39 talk about how the world is against Israel and how God will defend Israel.

GREAT LEADERS STAY STRONG!

It speaks of Gog, Magog, Rosh, Tubal, ect.. It also speaks of Rosh or Russia from the North invading Israel in the last days. This has not happened yet however it could happen any day.

GREAT LEADERS STAY STRONG!

Iran has oil. Russia has nuclear weapons of mass destruction. Russia needs oil and Iran needs nuclear weapons. Over the past 10 years these two counties have been exchanging these items.

Iran now has Nuclear Weapons and Russia can now survive because it has oil. Iraq is no longer able to stop Iran. So the next move has to be for Russia to attack Israel just like this passage says. Why? Israel has oil and is an ally with the USA. Israel is the only way we can defend the USA from abroad.

When will all of this take place? Good question. The Jews had to come back to their homeland and become a nation again (Ezekiel 37) before the invasion from the North could take place. So this scenario could only happen after 1948 when Israel became a nation again.

"I will make known my holy name among my people Israel. I will no longer let my holy name be profaned, and the nations will know that I the LORD am the Holy One in Israel." Ezekiel 39:7

In the end everyone will know why we put our trust in God. Stay strong my friend!

GREAT LEADERS LIVE AGAIN!

Team:

Can a once great country live again? Can a once great family live again? Can the goals and dreams of a young person that has been dealt with adversity live again?
Today in the One Year Playbook we see the Lord asking Ezekiel a question.

GREAT LEADERS LIVE AGAIN!

"The hand of the LORD was on me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the LORD and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. 2 He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry. 3 He asked me, "Son of man, can these bones live?"

I said, "Sovereign LORD, you alone know." Ezekial 37:1

GREAT LEADERS LIVE AGAIN!

Ezekiel did not pretend to know the answer. There are some questions in life that only God can answer.

GREAT LEADERS LIVE AGAIN!

In 1948 on April 14th Israel became a nation again. This is remarkable especially right after the Holocaust. No nation has ever gone 6 generations without a homeland and survived. Israel survived for close to 2000 years without a homeland until 1948.

GREAT LEADERS LIVE AGAIN!

Jesus said, "I tell you before it happens so when it does happen you might believe."

GREAT LEADERS LIVE AGAIN!

Friends, in the same way Israel "lived again," God also wants us to live again.

The Lord wants our Nation to live again.

The Lord wants our Families to live again.
The Lord wants our Goals to live again.

The Lord wants our Passion for Him to live again.

The Lord wants our Great Attitude to live again.

The Lord wants our Encouragement to live again.

The Lord wants our Overcoming Attitude to win again.

God put us here for a purpose!
The enemy wants to stop what God has started in our lives.

The Bible tells us God will finish His work in our lives.

"And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns."
Phil 1:6

TODAY WE WILL LIVE AGAIN AND GOD WILL FINISH HIS WORK!

GREAT LEADERS LIVE AGAIN!

Fw: GREAT LEADERS REMAIN CALM

Team:

Here is a great Quote by the most successful college basketball coach of all time.

GREAT LEADERS REMAIN CALM UNDER PRESSURE!

"Peaks and valleys belong in the Alps, not in the temperament and emotions - of a leader."

John Wooden

When the Storm hit the disciples - Jesus woke up and said, "Be Still."

Was He talking to the Storm or to the Disciples?

I think Jesus was talking to both. Jesus is in control of everything because He created everything.

GREAT LEADERS REMAIN CALM UNDER PRESSURE!

When He told the Storm to be Calm the Storm had to obey. However when He tells us to be Calm we have a choice.

Friends, God has so much Peace and Calmness available to us. He gave us the Holy Spirit to comfort us.

Life is tough and frustrating at times.

Jesus said, "be of good cheer. I have overcome the World."

He will give us a "Peace that the world can't understand."

The world will say, "how can you guys have Peace when everything around you is collapsing?"

Then we will say,

"You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you!" Isaiah 26:3

Trust - Fix our Eyes on Him!

Ernest Hemingway said this,

GREAT LEADERS TRUST IN THE LORD!

Team,

Do circumstances ever get you down? Life is full of situations that we cannot control.

Sometimes we feel like we are in a valley. The Bible calls it the "Valley of Indecision." This valley is filled with all types of fear and despair. To get across the valley and to the top of the mountain seems impossible.

We feel frozen with fear. Our mind is racing over and over with the "what ifs."

The trails are crooked. The water is filled with crocodiles & alligators. There are poisonous snakes ect...

Do you ever feel this way about life? Are you at the end of your rope?

How do we get across the valley to stable ground and up the mountain?

GREAT LEADERS TRUST IN THE LORD!

Jesus said, "come to Me and I will give you rest."

Solomon said the following when his mind was spinning out of control with the "what ifs."

"Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Proverbs 3:5-6

GREAT LEADERS TRUST IN THE LORD!

What is Trust?

Trust is a firm reliance on the integrity, ability, etc., of a person or thing; confident expectation

So if we rely on the Lord's integrity we are in a great place. He won't let us down. Now we can be sure he will give us the power to expect great things.

Here is a verse in Hebrews that puts everything into perspective.

Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our "God is a consuming fire."
Hebrews 12:28-29

GREAT LEADERS TRUST THE PLAYBOOK!

Team:

What is the purpose of Bible Prophesy? Prophesy is telling the future before it happens. Prophesy is also speaking forth God's Word.

GREAT LEADERS TRUST THE PLAYBOOK!

Today in the One Year Bible Ezekiel is relaying a prophesy of God to the people. He was saying the city of Tyre would be wiped out and forgotten in the future.

The city of Tyre was center of the world's exports and imports. Tyre was the capital of the world and had the highest gross national product and revenue of the rest of the world combined.

Tyre was also like Las Vegas and Amsterdam. It was a place of entertainment and night life. It was a city of drugs, prostitution and gambling. There was a lot of underground crime and mafia organizations.

Tyre was a city that was thought to be untouchable by any enemy as it was the place that provided all the resources financially and for entertainment.

GREAT LEADERS TRUST THE PLAYBOOK!

"I, the LORD God, will turn you into a ghost-town. The ocean depths will rise over you and carry you down to the world of the dead, where you will join people of ancient times and towns ruined long ago. You will stay there and never again be a city filled with people. You will die a horrible death! People will come looking for your city, but it will never be found. I, the LORD, have spoken." Ezekiel 26:19

This is an amazing prophesy that was fulfilled partially by Nebuchadnezzar and then finished off by Alexander The Great in the 300's B.C.

Today the original city of Tyre is no more exactly the way the Bible described it.

There are two reasons for Prophesy: to strengthen our belief that God can tell the future.

Secondly Bible Prophesy proves the Bible is true. No other book is Supernatural like the Bible and Predicts the Future with 100 percent accuracy.

The second reason for prophesy is to show that we need to place our trust in God and not the world.

There are 100's of prophesy's in the bible that have come true. This prophecy of Tyre is just one of many.

Jesus said, "I tell you these things before they happen so when they do happen you might believe."

GREAT LEADERS TRUST THE PLAYBOOK!

"Always do right - this will gratify some and astonish the rest."

GREAT LEADERS RESOLVE THEIR CONFLICTS!

Team:

Have you ever been in a situation where you needed a mediator to help you?

What is a Mediator?

A Mediator may refer to: A neutral party who assists in negotiations and conflict resolution,...

In other words a mediator is someone who stands in the middle of a conflict and tries to help two parties settle a dispute.

Today in the One Year Playbook we see Christ being our Mediator.

GREAT LEADERS RESOLVE THEIR CONFLICTS!

"For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance—now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant." Romans 9:15

Friends, this is Great News! Christ is in the middle of the dispute between us and God.

GREAT LEADERS RESOLVE THEIR CONFLICTS!

God demands perfection under the Old Covenant. We are imperfect people. So our Mediator wrote a New Covenant or Agreement.

So how do you get the two parties to negotiate? The two parties are God and us. In the middle is a big gap. A large separation.

GREAT LEADERS RESOLVE THEIR CONFLICTS!

Jesus Christ stands in the Gap mediating on our behalf. The conflict we have is a Holy God that demands perfection. The problem we have is we are not perfect.

Christ Jesus stands in the gap and connects us to a perfect God. This is Conflict Resolution.

GREAT LEADERS MAKE WISE CHOICES

Team,

Here in Ezekial 18:23 the Lord tells us what He thinks when someone is found guilty.

GREAT LEADERS MAKE WISE CHOICES

"Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked? declares the Sovereign LORD. Rather, am I not pleased when they turn from their ways and live?"
Ezekiel 18:23

"For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Sovereign LORD. Repent and live!" Ezekiel 18:32

GREAT LEADERS MAKE WISE CHOICES

The Lord is bumbed out when anybody is lost. God created all of us with a plan in mind. When we stray from that plan it hurts God. Not because He is affected but because He knows how our choices can destroy us.

God is passionately in Love with us. God wants the best for us. The Word says it's the goodness of God that leads us to repentance. Romans 2:4

"We Love God so much we want to make Him happy. We want to instead of we have to."

GREAT LEADERS PROVIDE SOLUTIONS!

Team:

Have you ever been super bumbed by a mistake you made? Does your mind sound like a broken record saying, "why did I do that?" Is your mind spinning out of control with conviction?

Today in the One Year Playbook we see God's incredible love for us.

GREAT LEADERS PROVIDE SOLUTIONS!

The Lord knew the enemy would deceive us and cause us to sin and then he would torment us for the sin.

This is how the enemy can take us out of the game. However God had a better way. Instead of trying to be perfect by obeying the 10 commandments (the old covenant) God sent His Son to take our guilt and shame and free us up with forgiveness.

GREAT LEADERS PROVIDE SOLUTIONS!

"For if there had been nothing wrong with that first covenant, no place would have been sought for another. But God found fault with the people and said:

'The days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and with the people of Judah.'" Hebrews 8:7-8

God knew there was no way to free us up from guilt and shame and the never ending recorder in our mind convicting us daily.

God knew we would quit and give up.

So God gave us a New Covenant and ripped up the old one.

GREAT LEADERS PROVIDE SOLUTIONS!

"But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners." Romans 5:8

God didn't make someone else pay the price for our sin. God Himself paid the price and took our guilt and shame on the cross.

GREAT LEADERS PROVIDE SOLUTIONS!

Friends, we are Forgiven! We can move on and get back in the Game. We can concentrate on our Goals and telling people this Great News!

The Lord has freed us from the bondage of sin. God wants us to conquer our addictions and habits. When we make mistakes in the process God will encourage us and help us get over it.

GREAT LEADERS PROVIDE SOLUTIONS!

Now turn on the Recorder that says God has a Great Plan for you.

Jeremiah 29:11 says God has a future for you to prosper and to be an effective soldier for him.

GREAT LEADERS PROVIDE SOLUTIONS!

GREAT LEADERS GO TO THE SANCTUARY

Team:

Have you ever asked why evil exists?

When evil things happen to innocent people we wonder why? Why would God allow this to happen?

It is a tough question.

The Bible says, "when I went to the Sanctuary I began to understand."

GREAT LEADERS GO TO THE SANCTUARY

When we are upset and feel like there was an injustice done by someone or a group of people we need to go to the Sanctuary.

What is the Sanctuary? It is a quiet spot away from others with no distractions. For me it is an empty football field at night when no one is around.

For Jacob it was Bethel. That place where he first found God. Jacob was confused. His daughter was going out with a young man from Shechem that took advantage of her. When her brothers found out they lashed out and murdered the young man and a lot of people.

Jacob was very upset. His whole life was unraveling. The Lord spoke to Jacob and told him to go back to Bethel.

It is hard to do but we need to think before we react. Jacob's sons did not think long term and what the fallout would be.

GREAT LEADERS GO TO THE SANCTUARY

"Blessed are those who act justly,
who always do what is right."
Psalm 106:3

Friends, we all have a special place where God met us and changed our lives. That is our Sanctuary. If you can't get there find an alternate place. No matter what make it a priority today to go to your Sanctuary.

Now with regards to evil. Here is a great quote that says the reason evil exists is so God can perform miracles in our lives.

"God judged it better to bring good out of evil than to suffer no evil to exist."
Augustine of Hippo

GREAT LEADERS RELY ON GOD!

Team:

Have you ever been the underdog? Have you ever felt like you don't quite measure up?

GREAT LEADERS RELY ON GOD!

Israel didn't measure up. If they were going to be successful they would have to rely on God.

The same is true for us. When we are the underdog and don't measure up we need to rely on the Lord.

GREAT LEADERS RELY ON GOD!

"He brought out Israel, laden with silver and gold, and from among their tribes no one faltered. Egypt was glad when they left, because dread of Israel had fallen on them.

He spread out a cloud as a covering, and a fire to give light at night.
They asked, and he brought them quail; he fed them well with the bread of heaven.

He opened the rock, and water gushed out; it flowed like a river in the desert. For he remembered his holy promise given to his servant Abraham.

He brought out his people with rejoicing,
his chosen ones with shouts of joy;
he gave them the lands of the nations, and they fell heir to what others had toiled for that they might keep his precepts and observe his laws.

Praise the LORD PSALM 105:37-45

Friends, sometimes we don't have what it takes to win. When this happens we need to rely on the Lord for our strength.

GREAT LEADERS KNOW TODAY'S THE DAY!

Team:

Do you ever worry about tomorrow and what may happen in the future?

All of us have worried at some time in our life. The opposite of worry is boasting. Another word for boasting is bragging.

In the Playbook James and Solomon tell us not to boast about tomorrow because we don't know what is going to happen.

GREAT LEADERS KNOW TODAY'S THE DAY!

"Do not boast about tomorrow,
for you do not know what a day may bring." Proverbs 27:1

In Daniel 5 Belshazzar starts boasting about tomorrow. He was the King of Babylon. Babylon ruled the world at this time.

Belshazzar was so arrogant that he had the butler get the golden wine glasses from Solomon's Temple. Then he drank out of the golen wine glasses. He was basically saying, "I am mightier than the God of Israel!"

That night the Babylonian Empire was taken over by the Medo-Persian Empire.

Friends, we don't know what is going to happen tomorrow.

"This is the day the LORD has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it."
Psalm 118:24

GREAT LEADERS KNOW TODAY'S THE DAY!

Today is the day to make an Impact. Everyday God wants us to make a difference.

"Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure... than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat."
Theodore Roosevelt

How often are we reading the Playbook? Do we spend time each morning hanging out with God?

Why is it so important meet with God in the morning?

GREAT LEADERS USE THE PLAYBOOK!

Why is our Spiritual Food just as important as our Physical Food?

God has given us the Greatest Playbook ever so we will know Him better and Execute His plays.

Today in the One Year Playbook we read:

"For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart." Hebrews 4:12

GREAT LEADERS USE THE PLAYBOOK!

Think about what you have in your hands every morning. 66 Books 40 authors written over 1000's of years. Our Playbook has every answer to all of our questions.

Fw: GREAT LEADERS SAVE THEIR WORK!

Team:

Have you ever accidently deleted something you had been working on because you didn't press save?

I have and it is frustrating. All that time and effort I put in on the project gone with one push of a button.

GREAT LEADERS SAVE THEIR WORK!

Our spiritual life is God's project in our life. He created each of us with a Special Purpose in mind. The Lord's project in our life is a "work in progress."

"Bring all who claim me as their God, for I have made them for my glory. It was I who created them."
—Isaiah 43:7

It is important to Save His Work every day.

Have we pushed the Save button? We don't want to lose everything God has developed in us.

GREAT LEADERS SAVE THEIR WORK!

Every night before bed we need to press the Save button and store God's Project in "My Documents."

GREAT LEADERS SAVE THEIR WORK!
