Hi John, thanks for the call. I was just going to reach out to you about your mom when I found out about Joy... I was on the 91 fwy coming home from OC to Temecula... I'm so sorry about your mom. She is a wonderful person. The first time I came over she welcomed me in with the hugest smile ever. I had never seen a Christian adult with a genuine smile that only being filled with the HS could provide.
THEN I knocked on the Boyer door so many years ago. Right after I came in I was greeted by you with an even bigger smile.
THEN I went to Calvary CM and saw the same Holy Spirit in 5000 people..
THEN you brought Bob Bennet in to lead worship. (This week I have listened to so many of his songs).
THEN you brought in D. Mansfield, Rosie Greer, Barry and his burritos etc..
THEN after FB games we had communion instead of drinks and weed.
THEN we went on a 32-0 streak and a 14-0 season with National Rankings and an unheard of Radio Station that Calvary ended up buying - 107.9 FM.
THEN we went to the Grand Canyon and got closer to Christ as we lost keys in Needles and Rescued Dave Witherby out of a Pit similar to Joseph.
THEN we realized Christ had more work for Dave just like Joseph years before.
I can go on an on with THEN THIS HAPPENED... However, we need to mention...
THEN many young people got saved and found purpose and meaning in their lives.
THEN I REALIZED I was one of those youngsters and I married the Hottest Blond in the group who happened to be the coaches daughter. You performed the greatest covenant a young man could have in our marriage ceremony.
THEN I Realized on the 91 fwy some 32 years later... as I learned of our sweet Joy going to heaven how blessed I was to have friends and family like John, Mark and Mr. and Mrs. Boyer. A Family used by Christ to build a Solid Foundation in so many young lives knowing that the Storms will come but preparing us for that day.
THEN I Remembered what you said about God's hand being in every event... Rom 8:28
THEN I realized as I drove the 91 home to my meet my beautiful wife that "every event" included my daughters tragedy.. And all was Good...
THEN I Finally Realized When Jesus said, "Be Still" it wasn't just directed at the Storm... It was directed also at His friends.
THEN I Remembered from you to Be Still and Trust Christ beyond the elements and circumstances of my life.
THEN SUDDENLY I was made aware that your mom was behind the scenes orchestrating events at the house... It also reminded me how the Holy Spirit is moving in my own life to Love Him and Serve others.
THEN I thought, "Wow how fortunate my life has been to know the Boyers." Because it's in times like this when the Word of God comes to Life with Trust, Faith and Hope...

State of the Illusion
I hear things are getting ready to unravel in the financial markets.... The media isn't reliable anymore for info. It is all to send an illusion. Right Wing - Left Wing is the same there is no bipartisan or should I say it's all bipartisan but they try to make us think otherwise for an agenda. The democrat / republican idea is BS. They all are the same so let's stop fooling ourselves LOL... Not sure what the agenda is but it's defiantly definitely not FREEDOM. We want gun control (I do think there needs to be some changes as the framers didn't anticipate what's going on today) but what I don't understand is how we let Refugees in for Asylum (regardless of their religious views) and encourage their right to bare arms and grant them 2nd Amendment privileges with no questions asked. Some say many of their arms were actually purchased from American Manufacturers and given to them before they left their country to live here with us. i.e. 1,000,000 + No. Vietnam refugees shipped South to So. Vietnam fully armed with American Made Arms by our own government to slaughter 58,000 US Soldiers.
Is this going to be the fall out here in the US? Those 58,000 by the way had Arms to defend themselves and it obviously didn't help did it NRA?
We wiped out an Afgan hospital a few weeks ago... We are bombing villages in Syria that have no threat to anyone.. This isn't just Obama it's the whole system Republican, Democrat, Libertarian etc... Everyone is on the take... (the planes that Russia Flies and Recently sold to Iran for $21Billion) are made by American Companies like Boeing, Lockheed... etc.. This is Fascism at its highest with no regard for humanity... We pick on these Middle East countries in the name of terrorism so the elite can blame someone for their Fascist Hitler greed....
The media diverts our attention to some blow hard in Kentucky ranting, raving and protesting over two people that just want to legally cohabitant. Then the media jumps to the West where there is a horrible shooting and all of us throw in our 2cents of significance in FB so we can feel important all at the expense of these innocent victims. Then the media get's on the Hillary email BS witch-hunt to make us think any US Intelligence information is actually classified. Seriously, We do business with Russia, China and the Middle East daily... of course they know what's going on... Just ask The Donald as he says we have reallllllly stupid Leaders!! Do we really think Hillary is that stupid? She's is anything but Stupid... CMON America... While the media diverts our attention away the real deals are going on behind the scenes as the United States Corp which is a Privately held non profit organization based in London (with a Federal Reserve that is anything but Federal with zero reserves...) is signing executive orders like TPP (as if GATT / NAFTA wasn't good enough) and flushing our sovereignty down the toilet.
CMON, all we care about is a Man Cave, Couch Potato and a Pig that gets thrown 400 yards a game and is kicked through two posts at the end of a zone in the Roman-like Coliseum on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays...At the same time millions of housewives are desperate for attention so they become Cougars in heat strolling through the streets of America during the week days as their Man Cave Cave Men are working for their next alcoholic binge beginning at the Tail of a Gate with a roasted pig waiting to be consumed! I recently posted this to the Edison Alumni and hundreds more.
PROUD TO BE A CHARGER!
We built our reputation at Edison on Charger Pride, Integrity Work Ethic, etc.. that still lives on today in and through our families. These Values came from the leadership of Coaches that gave their Heart and Soul to this Program from the very beginning. Many hours were spent on Sundays away from their spouses to get us prepared for the Friday Night Battles. They wanted the Charger experience to be like a D1 College atmosphere. Much time was also spent exchanging films. The coaches worked up cutting edge computerized offensive tendencies for the defensive before such a thing was commonplace. Also, much time was spent with college recruits and promoting players for the next level... However, most of the great things the Coaching Staff did for Edison nobody ever knew about. The side conversations and encouragement with the players that just wanted to be part of something significant. Some of these players never saw the field on game day. However, they were rewarded big time before each game with accolades and significance. Everyone who worked hard received a WildMan award to put on their helmet. The Coaches made these young men feel special in a crucial period in a young man's life. The goal of the Coaching staff wasn't to make great football players but to make Great Leaders! The Edison program developed the Morals, Values, Ethics, and Persistence necessary during the toughest developmental years in a young man's life.
Yes we had some transfers but not to play football as it seems. We had transfers because father's like us wanted their boys to grow up with morals and integrity.
By the way there was a dad that had a son who was an All American QB... Sports Illustrated called Robo QB. (This young man eventually went to USC and then to the Raiders). When the father approached the Coaching staff about transferring to Edison the coaching staff referred the father and his son to the athletic director. The Coaching staff at Edison has never wavered in in their commitment to be totally transparent and above reproach with regards to CIF eligibility. When CIF approved the possible transfer then and only then did the coaching staff talk to the parents of the All American Player.
After this the Edison coaching staff informed the player and his father that this player would have to compete for the starting Quarterback spot just like any other player.
The dad and his son left and went to Capo Valley. Robo QB broke all sorts of records and was CIF Player of the year in CIF DIV III that year however his team lost in the D3 title game.
That same year Edison had no CIF player of the year awards and went on to tie #1 Ranked in the USA - Long Beach Polly 14-14 in the Big Five CIF Title Game and was crowned as Co-Champs.
I was one of those young men that needed extra encouragement. Coach Workman pulled me aside one day and told me about God and how the Lord had a great plan for my life.
Coach Workman is the greatest and most giving Father in Law ever! Him and Sheri are wonderful grandparents and live their lives to serve people every day.
Who knows how things would have turned out for that All American QB had he went to Edison instead of Capo Valley? I do know he wouldn't have been introduced to Pot like he was at Capo Valley. This intro would eventually lead him to Heroin, drug addiction and a shorter then expected NFL career.
You see other then having an outstanding football program Coach Workman also instituted the first High School drug testing program in the nation at Edison High School. He also spoke in front of Congress and Senate during the Presidency of Ronald Reagan urging other High Schools to do the same.
Another thing I know is that this young man would have had a father figure in Coach Workman other then his very controversial dad that drove him to drugs to escape the pressure.
Coach Workman was a father, friend and mentor to all. Mike Dotterer even asked Coach Workman to be his father instead of his late dad as Mike received the Hall of Fame Award at Stanford.
There are so many more words to tell about the Edison Football Program that all the books in the world could not contain them....
However, I do have one more thing to say,
"I am and always will be Proud to be an Edison Charger!"

CANCER, CRPS AND INFLAMMATION PREVENTION AND TREATMENT

As we know there is a lot of concern with Chemo and Radiation therapies with regards to treating cancer patients.
These cancer treatments create a cascading effect that destroy T Cells, B Cells and
Macrophages which protect the cancer patient from an immune-deficiency I.g. AIDS
After reading Gen 1:11 James Lind designed a treatment and prevention for scurvy during his British-voyages on the maritime seas in the mid 1700's.
Gen 1:11 - talks about seeds for a reason. Often we just skip over words that could have incredible implications. One such word is seed in Gen 1:11.
One seed created that day was the Apricot Seed. The Apricot Seed has a concentrated amount of Vitamin C and B17 called Amygdalin. Many sailors including Muslim Pirates had the opportunity to come to Christ in this era because of this incredible scientific breakthrough born right out of scripture as they were healed.
Amygdalin or B17 is from the Apricot Seed.
A study published in the International Journal of Radiation and Biology found that vitamin B17 amygdalin stimulated the immune system by causing a statistically significant increase in the ability of a patient's white blood cells to attack harmful cells. One theory of vitamin B17's effects suggests that transformation of normal cells into dangerous cells that can cause disease is normally prevented by beneficial enzymes produced within the pancreas.
So vitamin B17 may help increase the production of pancreatic enzymes that destroy harmful properties within the body.
Patient responses also included decreased inflammation which my also help relieve arthritis and vascular edema. CRPS - Joint Pain etc.. Experts believe Pain is the number one cause of depression which leads to anxiety or uncertainty. The natural response is to escape isolation and sleep.
So with that said,
there are some incredible studies being done to substantiate the Benefits of B17 to prevent all of this by fighting off cancer and reducing inflammation such as arthritis, CRPS etc...

This happened after two Muslim kids complained that they were not able to participate in a Christian prayer at a school in Oklahoma. Jesus Promises that we will get to the other side. Luke 8:22-25
What is the other side? It is a stable place. A Secure Place. A Place of Confidence, Peace and Hope for the Future. Jer 29:11
The Other Side is that place where you know God has it all Under Control.
King David's life was unraveling and he was a mess. His family was torn apart. His enemy's were trying to kill him. He was running away to escape from his problems.
He couldn't understand what was going on. But then he went to the Sanctuary.
"Until I went into the sanctuary of God; [then] understood I their end." Psalm 73:17
The Sanctuary is where it all comes together. The Sanctuary is where it all makes sense. The Sanctuary is the "Other Side."
Are you in a Storm right now with no way out? God promises to be with you in the Storm to get you to the other side.

In vs. 24 it says, "there was a Calm."
Jesus has it all under control.

What did the disciples do? They were fearful but they accepted the situation, the fear and went looking for Jesus in the ship.
Have you accepted the Storm in your life? Are you fearful? If the answer is yes then you are in a great place. Now that you have no more you in the equation you will look for Jesus.
Jesus will not only calm the Storm outside He will calm the Storm that is inside of you!!!

I was just thinking of how Martial Arts could have helped me with my anger. I think my anger was my insecurity or uncertainty with my ability to actually present and defend myself verbally and also physically. MA could have given me that Certainty and Confidence it takes to walk away knowing that it doesn't matter and I'm still Significant and Important.
(Now I do this in other ways I will mention later like working out etc..)
The more Significance we feel the more we able walk away.
We must Build our inner Certainty / Significance Bank Account. The more we put in this bank the greater return on investment.
On the verbal stuff I got stronger by practicing while I jogged. (I still do this... It is so fulfilling that I can't even explain)
Getting in front of people is very tough to do so I do a lot of pretend speeches by myself. Why? Because I can make as many mistakes and do overs that I that want. Then when I get in front of people (a crowd or one on one) i don't worry about anything because I got rid of the uncertainties and uncontrollables while I was pretending.

Imagine Shaq going to play a pick up basketball game in a country that doesn't know him. The players from the other country make fun of Shaq and say he isn't good enough to play with them. Would this bother Shaq?
Rate Shaq 1-10 in the following:

- Self Significance 10

On the surface you would think he would rate himself as a 1 in all 3 categories. But Shaq knows better. In fact even in the Control category where he can't control others he gets a 10. Why? Because he doesn't try to control a perception he can't fix.
Shaq is still happy in this other country because he is Certain of who he is.
Now let's say the same scenario happened in Brooklyn New York with some bros. Now it's a different story!!! Now Shaq has pride and wants to kick some ass to Control his Significance.
Is this a good idea? Shaq has a championship game later that night and needs all of his energy. he reacts to back his Significance his bros try to steal.
RATING:

- Self Significance 1
- Control 1
His rating went from a 30 to a 3 and now he is risking his career with a possible injury which also hurts his team. Why would Shaq take such a Risk?
In the situation in another country the rating was higher for Shaq because he didn't care and wasn't threatened.
Result: The Lower Threat equaled a higher rating even though there was no respect.
The Situation in Brooklyn the rating was the lowest it could be. Why? Because Shaq was threatened and he cared. This threat threatened Shaq's Certainty, Significance and Control. Result: Higher Threat equaled a lower rating and a willingness to take a Risk that could be detrimental to himself and his team.
This rating system was a huge breakthrough for me as it caused me to analyze situations before they happened. This process gave me Control. This Control translated to Certainty. Certainty translated to Significance which gave me Control over the Accepting the things I couldn't control.
It's not about playing BB or not playing BB in both situations it's about Why I am willing to walk away or willing Risk everything?
I was doing some career counseling yesterday with a 32 year old very successful business person named Emily. She told me among other things that she didn't want accept an offer from a bigger medical company that will pay twice as much. She said what do you think I should do?" I said, "I never tell anyone what moves to make in their careers. I won't even offer an opinion. My question is, "Why are you trying to escape from this new opportunity? You would not have gone through 3 Interviews and waisted your time if you didn't want the job. She said, "well you know... there is change and I'm not good with change... I get too stressed out... I'm just not sure...."
I said, "interesting."
She said, "what?"
I said, "you are willing to forgo an opportunity of a lifetime, with twice the pay, upgrade your resume and lose the Significance you desire in your life and career .... All because you are Uncertain and want to escape so you don't have to deal with it. This is no different then a person who is addicted to substance trying to escape reality / anxiety with an easy fix called substance to temporarily mask the uncertainty.
She said, "oh my gosh...how did you know that? That makes so much sense and I didn't even see it till you pointed it out."
I said, " 60 million people in America do this every single day. As a Career Counselor my job is to point out the 'Why?' so you realize what is really driving your decision. People miss out on so many opportunities for the wrong reasons."
Then I told her to plug in the C-S-C formula and get back to me Friday with the result. She was very fired up when she got off the phone. Why? Because she got Clarity! Clarity leads to Certainty etc..
Remember:
You a child of the Most High God. The Lord has incredible plans for you but He needs you to grow in ways you don't understand right now to prepare you for something two years from now.
Try the pretend thing. Picture yourself in front of thousands of people telling the three keys to your success and transformation. This is very fulfilling. Don't listen to the enemy in your ear saying it's foolish. The enemy knows this is the Secret to Success..
(Now I do this in other ways I will mention later like working out etc..)
The more Significance we feel the more we able walk away.
We must Build our inner Certainty / Significance Bank Account. The more we put in this bank the greater return on investment.
On the verbal stuff I got stronger by practicing while I jogged. (I still do this... It is so fulfilling that I can't even explain)
Getting in front of people is very tough to do so I do a lot of pretend speeches by myself. Why? Because I can make as many mistakes and do overs that I that want. Then when I get in front of people (a crowd or one on one) i don't worry about anything because I got rid of the uncertainties and uncontrollables while I was pretending.

When I was wandering around in LA in my early 20's trying to find my way I heard this acting coach tell his students, "if you don't know how to read a part or can't figure out your character in the scene remember as you are acting to be selfish because 100% of the population is self motivated." I don't agree with that totally but he did make a good point with regards to acting.
I listened to an Art Williams Tape and he Said, "everyone wants to be someone!" He said, "I don't know a man woman or child who doesn't want to be someone special."
Then I heard Tony Robbins say, "everyone wants to be significant!"
I think all three were saying the same thing in a different way. Whether it is acting, selling or motivating it all goes back to Significance. In fact the first 2 people in the Bible were lured away by the enemy and told, "God wants to keep you from Significance! Take this and eat and you will be Significant like God."
As you know Satan is a liar and deceiver but he also knows what drives us. However the proposition to be significant by the worlds standards is a no win endeavor in the end and aways ends in depression, regret and despartion. The enemy places expectations so high we can never get there compared to the reality of where we are. The gap of expectations VS reality is where most of us live. This gap causes anxiety that turns into anger and or regret, frustration etc..,
So how does all that play out? Remember when The Lord said, "Adam where have you been you missed our walk today? (The Lord knew but He wanted Adam to verbalize it so Adam would figure it out on his own) So what did Adam say, "I was hiding and ashamed because I thought you would be mad/disappointed with me."
The said, "who told you that? "(God had never been angry before) "Did you eat of the tree I told you stay away from because of all the dangers associated with it?"
Adam trying to get back his Significance blamed it on Eve. Then Eve trying to regain her Significance blamed the devil: "the devil made me do it!"
Was our all Knowing God disappointed in Adam and Eve? No way! How could He be? God knows all things and was determined to give them back their Significance The Lord took an innocent lamb (who later became Jesus Christ) and covered Adam and Eve's shortcoming while giving them back their Significance.
You see God Created you with a need to be Significant. We can use it selfishly or as Jesus said, "the most Significant in the Kingdom of God is the one who uses his talents to serve God and humankind. "There is no Leader in the history of mankind who ever set a standard of Significance based on serving as Jesus did. Jesus did the opposite from what the enemy did.
Knowing all of this the real mastery is to be able to recognize it when I begin to lose Significance. "Lord, I feel I'm losing my value and Significance right now.
The Lord says, Humble yourself in My sight and I will give you
Significance.
- Recently I tested myself about decisions of my past and it always related to my reaction of not being Significant.
- I also realized this need of Significance is a gift from God when I understand both sides of the equation.
- Circumstantial Knowledge is Powerful (not the knowledge sought for in the garden) but the knowledge of what makes the human race including me and you want to succeed. This desire is born out of the need to be Significant. When the need isn't met we try to escape because it is to difficult to face? If we have a substance dependency and are kept from the substance then we get angry and begin to blame. Why? Because those are powerful actions that make us feel Significant. The motive of a serial killer is the same because he knows (even-though it is wrong to murder the need of being recognized is stronger then moral values for him and he is willing to trade anything for significance.
I wish we all knew that Christ died to give us all Significance in His Kingdom.

Martial Law
Maryland is right next door to Wash DC. The Governor is playing out what Obama is going to do this year: Declare a state of emergency!
This is a test run with the media replaying the video and audio of the governor declaring "A State of Emergency" over and over.... till the American public is brain washed enough to accept it.
Obama is in trouble. Everything is being revealed right now about who his real dad is aka Frank Marshal. This has all the same signs as when Trotsky and Lenin were going at it.

This is called the Spirit of Hope. David was out of answers and stressed about his future. He came to realize that this was a good place to be. Why because he hit Rock Bottom and there was only one thing left that he could do. All options were taken away and now he must Discover the Power of a single focused mindset.
He said, "Hope thou in God!"
He was focused! When you are focused on nothing but Hope you have Power and Commitment!

As 360 a Leader I need to be willing to own the blame, step back and realize when we as a family are losing the battle.
Remember, this battle is nothing compared to the Fallout we will encounter if all of us SEPARATE!

- Avoid Conflict
- Run away to drugs
Now I have zero control over my situation! I'm controlled by the actions of others which leads to Anxiety, Compulsion and Relief by way of Escape.
Do you want to stay Cool and in Control? (Believe it or not some people are comfortable in doubt, negativity and depression).
What does Jesus say?

In the Greek and Hebrew SEPARATE implies the breaking of a bond that is glued so tight that when the two objects are SEPARATED parts of each object remains imbedded on the other.
Friends, The Lord wants us to work out our differences especially when it is our own family.

Is this week your Ought To Week or Must Do Week?
Nothing ever changed unless it is a Must! Every pivotal moment in victory had a moment of Must to thank for the Victory!
Name 2 things that are a Must this week. Here are a few things I do:
• I MUST DO Read the Word for 1 minute every morning this week before I do anything else. This includes prayer.
• I MUST DO drink lemon water first to have more alkaline then acid in my cardiovascular system.
• I MUST DO 20 lunges - 20 squats - 20 push ups
• I MUST DO thank God for 10 things as I take a shower
• I MUST DO kiss my beautiful bride before I leave for work.
• I MUST DO remain Phil 4:6-7, 13 minded all day.
• I MUST DO serve someone else's needs other than mine today!
• I MUST DO catch myself when I fall and coach myself to Victory!
• I MUST DO save emotions for funerals.
• I MUST DO measure progress as I know even a little progress is hugely Motivating!
• I MUST DO thank God for my parents every day and know that they were His instrument to get me here to fulfill His purpose in my life. This one is easy for me but some have deep issues here. This is ok but a MUST DO for you to move forward! It's in the Big Ten Playbook).
