This is a test run with the media replaying the video and audio of the governor declaring "A State of Emergency" over and over.... till the American public is brain washed enough to accept it.

Obama will declare a National State of Emergency in the coming months unless Jeb Bush looks like a solid candidate. The Bush's are only there to keep the Trillions of dollars coming in. Jeb is the backup plan should Obama not pull off the unthinkable 30 Executive Orders taking over everything from transportation, food, money and absolute control of all branches of government....
