DECISIVE POWER

How to have Unlimited Power!

• Decide

1. (a.) Putting an end to controversy; final; conclusive; having the power or quality of deciding a question or controversy.
2. (a.) Marked by promptness and decision.

• Put an end to the Controversy
• Final
• Conclusive - Close the chapter
• Prompt - JUST GO NOW!

CONTROVERSY
• This is where Anxiety Lives.
• Anxiety feeds itself on
conflict / resolution when we allow it to.
• Yes we are responsible not others!
• We need to own this part of the Anxiety Pendulum!
• This gives us Control of the situation!

WHY CONTROVERSY?
• Uncertainty
• Not knowing the future we Overthink it.
• What we want and need are at conflict with each other

"I need to get up out of bed vs. I want to sleep in."

"I need to say no vs if it feels good do it!"

Then Nebuchadnezzar said, "Praise be to the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, who has sent his angel and rescued his servants! They trusted in him and defied the king's command and were willing to give up their lives rather than serve or worship any god except their own God. Daniel 3:28

These 3 young men Purposed in their heart not to partake in the new culture they were suddenly dropped into. Daniel 1:8

They made a Decision! God has Placed Eternity in our heart. ETERNITY STARTS NOW!
Ephesians 3:11

These 3 guys made a decision that the future is now.... In other words Eternity Starts Now!

When you read the passage you will see that God did not take them away from harm but He was with them in the fire. They came out un scorched!
They made a Decision to do it Gods way no matter what!

The King was even impressed and made a decision to Praise their God!

You see Decisive Purposeful Action removes anxiety! The gap of uncertainty closes and now you have control of the situation with the same God that was in the fire with these 3 guys.

Our Faith is Activated by our Decisiveness. Want more faith to act upon? Then Decide to get up every day and spend time with your maker by reading and praying!

Close that gap today and Decide! This puts an end to the Anxiety or Controversy that is making you spin out of control! Don't hesitate! Make it Final and move in to the next chapter!

When you do.... Oh you already have... You will have Unlimited Potential as you walk with YESHUA ELOHIM (the Word) in the Power of RUACH ELOHIM (the Spirit).

Why are you still reading this?
JUST GO!!!

Revised

DECISIVE

Elijah came near to all the people and said, "How long will you hesitate between two opinions...
1 Kings 18:21

Elijah was a person of Experiential Action!

He was always on the move with a plan! Now he is in a position of Leadership and he is trying force feed a decision with some very complacent people. (in his mind)

Elijah was saying, the reason you are miserable and depressed is because you are in the gap of indecision... you can't hide out on this one Fathers, Mothers, Children.... You must make a decision! (accusing)

There was no Response! All them kept playing XBOX, watching TV, club soccer, planning for parties etc...

Elijah being the Leader he was took matters into his own hands. (He doesn't know it yet but his frustration is because he can't control everyone).

He knew the hot buttons of his customers! (actually God knew and revealed them to him). He knew they needed to see a mighty work of God to respond! Remember, he thought he was the only one on planet earth living a righteous life. (LOL... Later God corrected him)

I think he thought his zeal for God was so Awesome that he just wanted everyone to follow suit. Why can't they see what I see?

Well, the Lord took an Elijah problem and turned it into a God Solution!

You see God had something bigger and better for Elijah's Leadership! God was going to do a mighty work through Elijah before their eyes. By doing this the people will see progress in Elijah's ministry and it will recruit a response from the people.

How about us? In the home I get reminded all the time that I am trying to control things to much. When we sit down for a meal I want everyone to be on the same page as me and talk about God etc...

When I come in the house I expect everyone to be as fired up and as motivated as I am to win! I guess I can say I have all the right intensions but really that doesn't matter! When I try to force feed people it just doesn't work..... "But I just know if they knew and experienced what I did then all their problems would go away." LOL...

This is called the Fix It Mentality!

Isn't this what Elijah was doing? I'm not Elijah but I think I get the point. Did this stop Elijah from continuing to pursue the enemy to protect his people?

No! He just had to go it alone! Maybe that's the point!

We need to quietly lead with no expectations on others while we go after God's goals in our own lives. When the timing is right everyone will feel the motivation and do it on their own terms.

Does that leave me off the hook though? No way! There is a reason why people are not buying in. It is my responsibility to do the proper planning to prevent a non response!

Jesus said:

• They will know you are on My Team by your love for one another.

• Servant Leadership is the greatest in His Kingdom!

• Learn of My ways!

• Seek First God's Kingdom

• Be willing to lay your life down for them...

• ______

Really one word sums it all up:

TRUST

Have I earned their Emotional Trust? No

Now it is on me. I must Accept this in a non emotional way and be Decisive about winning their Trust!

When that happens there is true Progress that leads to Motivation that is lasting and Powerful!!

How about you? Have you tried to force feed people like I have? If so read this passage a few times and let it sink in!

As a leader Decisiveness for the group is good in the proper context but when it comes out of no where and I haven't read my family correctly it can really bring things to a scratching hault.

However, when the team feels Progress on their own it drives a Decisive Motivation in each individual one at a time. This is what we see with Elijah's story!

JUST GO!
A LITTLE PROGRESS = MOTIVATION!

Yeshua Elohim is the greatest communicate ever. If you stop and Ponder for a second and really dive into this passage He is using this situation to ask you the same question:
• Stretches out His hand to you
• Takes hold of you

Now this next part is hard for some because of our egos etc.. but just go with it for a minute.

• You have little Faith
• Why do you doubt?

Who me? Come on Lord!
I've known you since I was seven when Billy G led me in that prayer in my moms room when we had a loaner TV.

Well Rick, did you ever stop and think that maybe I allowed the TV in the family room to break so I could get you alone with the loaner TV.... Turn on Billy G and begin your journey with Me? You see I actually acted out the Faith that I knew you would need to get in touch with Me. My Spirit Ruach Elohim prepared your heart to receive Me.

Now if I could do that then I can do it now!! Remember how you walked with me and you believed you could do anything through Me? That Faith is still there but you need to Activate it.

ACTIVATED FAITH
• Take My hand...
• Allow Me to lift you up....
• Answer the why question...
• Accept and be honest with the answer...usually the blame game comes out.
• Accept your situation with no blame on others nor yourself...it is what it is and you can't change what has happened anyway.
• Don't judge...Observe!
• Forgive others immediately and realize you had a part in the situation
• Allow yourself to be forgiven like when you were seven....
• Only look back to Remember the process and feelings of your relationship with Christ .... Repeat it !!

JUST GO!!!

DECISIVE POWER

Here we see Moses doubting himself and waffling about God's call on his life to Lead Israel out of Bondage.

This shocks me as I always thought of Moses as Decisive.... Well he was early on in his career but he lost his edge!

Have you lost your edge? Maybe you are like Moses who was at one time in line to be the next Pharaoh of Egypt but somehow 40 years later lost his edge? Why? Because he was stuck in the land of indecision.

Later we see him and his wife get into a conflict with each other because of his indecision to have have his kids circumcised. This circumcision represented sanctification from the world etc..

You see his leadership at work, home and with himself was hindered because of Indecision.

Be Decisive!

Just Go!
