What is HEALING RAIN?

- Famine and Drought

- Clean Air
- Fresh Start
- New Outlook
- Etc.

What does everyone else say?

- It doesn't matter what everyone else says..... JUST GO!

What does Jesus Say?

"Whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life." John 4:14

JUST GO 180!

180 THOUGHT:

In 1 Kings 18 they were living in a drought. Elijah brought good news to King Ahab,
"I hear the sound of the abundance of rain."

Why didn't Ahab hear the rain coming?

- Was he deaf to good news because He lived a life of bitterness and resentment of the past?

- Was he locked up in his palace worrying about the "What Ifs" of the future and the "Woulda Coulda Shoulda's" of the past?

- Was he looking for the Solution or the Problem?

- What Triggered all of this?

This following chart is basically what happens. So the key is to shut down the Past and the Future by living in the RIGHT NOW!

To do this we must recognize the Triggers in private and public. We need to illuminate key words and thoughts from our vocabulary like: maybe, probably, we will see, what if, if I only would have, regret etc....

These Triggers usually happen at 2:00 on this chart. Once Anxiety sets in. it only takes about 3 seconds to jump to RELIEF at 9:00.

The Relief is what you are Addicted to because that is what you know and are familiar with.

180 CONTROL:

By learning to walk with God Right Now we can have Total Control Right Now!

God doesn't live in the Past or the Future....He Lives in the RIGHT NOW!

- Trying to Control the Past equals Uncontrollable Anxiety and Regret that results in self inflicted Escape and Relief!

- Trying to Control the Future equals Uncontrollable Anxiety and about all of the dots connecting that results in self inflicted Escape and Relief!

- Just Control the Right Now by Walking with God RIGHT NOW!

180 REALITY:

Suddenly Anxiety is a Gift!

Anxiety is the Gift that keeps you Focused on the things that matter otherwise you spiral out of control in a zone of desperation.

Accept Anxiety and use it to your Advantage!

Put the past in a compartment, lock it up and throw it in fire!

Put the Future in a steal safe and toss it to bottom of the ocean. (In the future you will find it but NOT RIGHT NOW)

RIGHT NOW - I LIVE FOR -RIGHT NOW!

"Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself...."
Matt 6:34

In the original Greek worry or thought is Anxiety! Tomorrow is the Future!

Jesus was saying, Live Right Now! Remember He created us in our mother's womb (Psalm 139).

Jesus knows that Anxiety has been a Huge issue ever since the Garden. He also knows it is a Chemical Imbalance that our DNA inherited when our ancestors disobeyed Him in the Garden.

Since Anxiety causes a lot of issues of escape, anger, substance abuse, depression etc... Jesus came to get rid of Anxiety RIGHT NOW and set you Free!

Jesus knows it isn't easy to get rid of anxiety however He gives you some help :

- Lock up the Past in a Compartment and light it on fire!

- Lock up your Future Hopes and Dreams and give the key to Jesus for you and Him to open later!

- Unlock the Precious Present Jesus gives you RIGHT NOW!

- Unlock His Kingdom by Seeking His Right Path and the Future will be added to you day by day RIGHT NOW! Matt 6:33

When is the Right Time to Speak Up?

- Jesus didn't really Speak Up for 30 years but when He did people listened!

- When Jesus was 12 years old His first recorded words were:

"I must be about my Father's Business!"

- The First Miracle of Jesus that was recorded was at a Wedding. His mom told his friends to do exactly what He says to do. The friends listened to Mary and did exactly as Jesus requested. The Wedding was a Great Success!

- Here we see the First Miracle of Jesus by Creating something out of nothing for the first time since Genesis 1:1 "BARA ELOHIM"

- Jesus then turned a Problem into an Opportunity!

- This was Jesus's Opportunity show how much He Cared before He began His Public Speaking Tour.

"People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care!"

- Jesus did the miracles quietly so the Father of the Bride wouldn't be embarrassed.

- He showed Grace and Mercy by not using His words to accuse the father of ill-preparedness.

- His mom knew and Believed in Her Sons Gifts!

come! This is their party not mine!

- To the disciples she says: "Do what He tells you to do!"

- Jesus says to them:
"Fill the empty jars with water!"

The Jars are us. We have to be completely dry and empty before we can be filled with the living water.

- "Now draw some out and take it to the master of the feast!"

When they drew out the water it was still water.

Q180: When did the Water turn to Wine?

When they listened to their mother and followed the instruction of Jesus!

The Water turns into Wine as we are coachable, humble and serving others first!

180 Wisdom:

- Jesus picked the right time to talk.

- Jesus's mom (so it seems) wanted to show off her son's great ability!

- These were most likely the ones that ridiculed and disrespected her by calling Jesus illegitimate and a basterd child.

- Jesus was very careful not take the attention away from the Wedding Ceremony. Jesus knew there was a chance for the Bride's dad to be embarrassed.

- Jesus shows Grace to the very people that looked down on Him His whole life.

The right time to talk is when you can lift up and encourage someone other than yourself.

What is ANXIETY?

- Panic Attracts

- Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in the U.S., affecting 40 million adults in the United States age 18 and older (18% of U.S. population).

- A Chemical Imbalance that is brought on by:

- Not knowing the Future!

- Speculation about the Future with: What if this and that Happen?

- Mind Games resulting in our minds becoming a Hamster Wheel Spinning out of
control!

- Chemical imbalances of serotonin are a problem and so are neurotransmitters that literally alter our thoughts and emotions.

- ANXIETY and FEAR are a BIG DEAL in the Word of God. Why does God The Holy Spirit devote over 75% of Scripture to it?

- When man chose to take and eat from forbidden tree something happened Immediately to Adam and Eve. As you watch the scene roll out Adam Experiences Anxiety for the first time.

Was the Anxiety already deep in their DNA or did the act of disobedience cause a Chemical Reaction of their Sarotonin levels that would never come fully be healed?

How does the false god of this World deal with ANXIETY?

- Take Advantage of
the person with Anxiety!

- Sleep to Escape the Cravings and its Master Slave Driver!

- Excuses and more
Excuses to side step the issues!

- Join the Rebellion of The Next Generation with Hate, Bitterness and Strife!

How does our Flesh use as ANXIETY?

- Pills
- Opioids etc

How does Jesus deal with ANXIETY?

"Do not be ANXIOUS about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..... Whatever is Noble, Praise Worthy of Good Report and TRUE, think in these things!" Phil 4:6-8

Is everything you think about 100% True or is it filled with Speculation and Rumors?
