What is the fastest and easiest way out of Depression and Anxiety?

Disneyland? Antidepressants? Jack Daniels? Wine? Xanax? Ecstacy?

The issue with all of these medications are they all require more and more to get the same effect. When these therapies run their course the end is always more Dependence Depression and Destruction.

So what is the Answer?

A lot of us would say we need to have more "Me Time!"

Others would say we need more of a Purpose.

Still others would say we need a
Psychiatrist.

"The ways of a man seems right in his own eyes but the end is Destruction!"

2000 years ago the people had same issues that we have. Jesus was surrounded by multitudes because they wanted Answers to the Emptiness in their lives.

After a while all but 70 left to pursue answers somewhere else. Then all but 12 left. In the End there were only 3 left: Peter, James and John.

(His Mother, Mary, Martha, Samaritan Woman etc..all stayed close and committed)
Why did everyone else leave?

Jesus gave them the Answers to Real Life but most went away Sad because they weren't Ready.

The Band U2 wrote a song that relates:
"I can't' live with...(GAP)...or without you!"

The Gap in the Middle is place called Purgatory. It's a place of Nothingness. It's a Black Hole that is Endless with no Bottom. It's a place of Weeping, Anxiety. Fear, Fake Laughter, Emptiness, Loneliness, Guilt etc...

A young man in the Bible named Timothy was one of the first Pastors. Tim was concerned about his people. Here is what Paul told Timothy to do:

"Share the Good Word; be Prepared to be Prepared in season and out of season to give a reason for the Hope within you."
2 Timothy 2:4

- Encourage and Lift people up.
- Be Prepared and Anticipate the Issues.
- Always have an Answer of a Future/Hope.
- Be a Leader that Helps Connect the Dots.

Notice he said, "a Reason!"
