TEAM 180:
Does Anxiety hinder our Thinking, Judgement, Reaction etc...?
Is Fear the same as Anxiety or a product of it?
How does it feel to be Anxious and Fearful about the Unknown?
- If this happens then that might happen.
- What if this happens?
- Are you sure about your Decision?
- What if you are wrong?
180 SECRET - GOD DOESN'T TAKE AWAY STORMS - HE TAKES YOU THROUGH THEM!
Do you live in Denial trying to Hide or Escape from these situations?
Is Anxiety is trying to take over the Situation and Control you?
- Is Anxiety a DNA Stress Molecule?
- Is Anxiety Learned?
- Is Anxiety from the Past Experience?
- Is this where Fear comes from?
Recent Scientific Discoveries have affirmed all of these as reasons we get Anxious. Two of the three are our surroundings. One of the three is Genetics.
It doesn't matter what the reasons for Anxiety are Stress is real and it must be Conquered!

Anxiety causes pain and pain causes depression. Depression is manifested in different ways: Anger, Drugs, Suicide, Major Depression, Lack of Motivation etc....
The Word of God tells us that Fear, Anxiety and Stress are a snare and will trip us up!
So how do we Approach this?
Do Storms Pass and never come back again? No, they always come back again?
180 SECRET - GOD DOESN'T TAKE AWAY STORMS - HE TAKES YOU THROUGH THEM!
Life is the same way isn't it?
The waves of life go up and down back and forth but away in the distance there is a storm brewing.
Do we deny it and try to escape it or do we Embrace it and Conquer it?
180 SECRET - GOD DOESN'T TAKE AWAY STORMS - HE TAKES YOU THROUGH THEM!
Jesus was with His friends going across the Sea of Galilee when a Storm hit. His friends were anxious and afraid. They thought they were going to be taken over by the Storm and drown.
This must have been a bad Storm because these men were the best Seamen of their day. They have been through the toughest of Storms.
They were so desperate they asked a Jewish Carpenter to help. What does a Jewish Carpenter know about the Sea?
Have you ever been Afraid when the Storms hit your life? It might a death of a loved one. It might be a broken marriage. It might be the loss of a job. It might be the fear and anxiety of the unknown etc....
Sometimes we are so desperate we seek help for the Unknown from an Unknown.
Lucky for these Fishermen they were seeking help from the Creator of the Universe.
Sometimes we get the wrong advice when we are desperate don't we?
Were these Fishermen afraid of the Storm or the Unknown? They were probably afraid of both.
Jesus rebuked the storm and said, "BE STILL!" The Storm subsided and calmed down.

What was Unknown? We don't know but the Lord knows.
The Angel of the Lord appeared to Joshua and said, "Hey bro I got the Unknown Covered! I'm going to go before you and Prepare the way!"
"Have I not commanded you? Be Strong and Courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9
