What does it mean to lose your life to find it?

John said, "He (Jesus) must increase and I must decrease."

ARE YOU READY TO LOSE YOUR LIFE TO FIND IT?

Enoch walked with God and Enoch was not because God took him to heaven.

Enoch was not! Enoch lost his Life to gain Life! Enoch never died. In fact he saw a Vision of the Future and the Lord coming back to earth with all of us.

ARE YOU READY TO LOSE YOUR LIFE TO FIND IT?

Jesus and His friends were talking one day about Life. Jesus could tell His friends were wondering about the commitment they were making to His cause.

These friends knew all of the ways of the traditional religious people.

They knew the religious people tried to live Fake lives.

ARE YOU READY TO LOSE YOUR LIFE TO FIND IT?

They knew the religious leaders of that day were judgemental and very arrogant.
They knew they were all self absorbed and only doing things that would benefit themselves.

They knew they would never be worthy enough to be on the inside of the "inner cycle."

ARE YOU READY TO LOSE YOUR LIFE TO FIND IT?

They knew only the privileged few could be worthy enough to be part of the Secret Inner Circle.

Jesus's friends tried living this fake life that was forced on them. The only thing they found was emptiness, guilt and condemnation.

His friends felt like outcasts with no where to go.

ARE YOU READY TO LOSE YOUR LIFE TO FIND IT?

So one day Jesus shared with them what was going on in the Real Inner Circle of a Kingdom that was Eternal not Temporal.

For three years His friends were taught the opposite of what the Elite were taught.

For three years they learned to Lose their Life to Find it.

ARE YOU READY TO LOSE YOUR LIFE TO FIND IT?

Before Jesus went to the Cross he shared with His friends a concept not know at that time.

Jesus shared with them the Key to the Inner Circle.

Jesus shared with them that anyone can come into God's Inner Circle if they do one thing:

Then he said to them all: "Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me." Luke 9:23

For the first time ever his friends realized that life wasn't about themselves it was about a real relationship with God.

For the First time they were relieved to know that anyone could be part of the Inner Circle.

ARE YOU READY TO LOSE YOUR LIFE TO FIND IT?

For the first time they could be open and real about their lives.

For the first time they had Hope.

For the First time they realized, to find life they must lose it.

Are you lost? Confused? Depressed? If so your Problem is God's Opportunity to Work in your life.

They realized True Joy only comes from Denying Self and Living for God!

The Word says when we Humble ourselves He will lift us Up!
