Jesus came to help us Rethink our Future.
Jesus came to help us Rethink our Possibilities.

Friends, sometimes we get caught up in the status quo. Sometimes we buy into what the world defines as success.

RETHINK YOUR POSSIBILITIES!

Jesus came to encourage us to Rethink Possibilities. What Possibilities was He talking about?

Remember when you were 7 years old and you knew you could do and be anything. What was it like? What were the Possibilities?

Then you were 8,10,12,15 and slowly through those 8 years the World Reinvented and Redefined who you were.

You believed them didn't you? And slowly you began to cross off the possibilities.
The recorder in your mind said, "why bother? Why try you might make a mistake? Mistakes are Unacceptable?

RETHINK THE POSSIBILITIES!

As I coach youth teams in basketball I told the Players to make as many mistakes as you can. We had contests with one condition: Each Player had to be giving their best effort.

The results were Fascinating! We went from last to first after losing our first four games one season.

RETHINK THE POSSIBILITIES!

Positive Mistakes opened up a whole new world of Possibilities.

Why? Because the Team was free to experiment as long as they were giving their best.

We won the Championship that year and I still get young men calling me to say thanks for allowing me to experiment.

We have slowly been Transformed into another image haven't we?

In the same way people back then in Jesus's time as well as now were burdened with man made Inventions of what is Successful.

RETHINK THE POSSIBILITIES!

Every year we enter the classroom with an A. As the school year goes on we either keep the A or we don't.

Midway through the semester we begin to buy in to the thought that we are different then when we walked into that classroom a few weeks earlier.

Why? Because of a grade? That is nonsense isn't it?

Why do we do this? Who invented this grading system? We are the same person with the same gifts God gave us as when we started off with the A.

RETHINK YOUR POSSIBILITIES!

Because of what society invented as the standard of who we are we begin to degrade ourselves and Reinvent who we are based on what others think we are supposed to be.

Ask yourself:

"Do I let the World Rethink my Possibilities based on man made standards?"

"Do I take control of my future by Rethinking Possibilities according to who God says I am?

RETHINK THE POSSIBILITIES!

God is on our Team and wants us to Rethink who we are and what Possibilities God has for us.

Jesus wants us to take on a whole new approach and image of ourselves and the Possibilities.

RETHINK YOUR POSSIBILITIES!

You started off as an A+ person and God wants you to know that You Are Still an
A+.

Don't let someone else or the World Rethink your Future!

RETHINK WHO YOU ARE BASED ON WHO WHAT GOD SAYS NOT THE WORLD!
