What is your Vision Today?

What do you see yourself doing Five years from now?

These are questions I ask candidates that want to work for my company.

The Answers to these questions will tell the story.

SUDDENLY I HAVE A VISION!

"Moses saw that the people were running wild and that Aaron had let them get out of Control and so become a laughingstock to their enemies."
Exodus 32:25

During the time of the Exodus Moses had to leave to go on a business trip for 30 days. He left the leadership of Israel to his brother Aaron.

Aaron wasn't ready for such a huge task. Moses tried to do too much by himself and didn't prepare his managers for success in his absence.

SUDDENLY I HAVE A VISION!

The people were relying on Moses and not God. They thought Moses died on his way up the Mountain to meet with God.

What is the fall out of poor Leadership?

Leadership starts with me a Vision for the Future. This is a Vision so Strong and Powerful that nothing can get you Sidetracked.

SUDDENLY I HAVE A VISION!

I have a Foundation of Four Goals in my life:

- Spiritual - Getting Closer to God everyday. Seeking His Vision for my Life.

- Family and Others - Servant Leadership.

- Career - Consulting God in each and every decision.

- Physical Exercise - Our Body is the Temple of the Lord.

SUDDENLY I HAVE A VISION!

We need to surround ourselves with like minded believers that we can count on to keep everyone's emotions at bay.

SUDDENLY I HAVE A VISION!

A Leader must also remind everyone that we are not going back to the past (Slavery) but we are pressing on to the Future. Hebrews 11.

SUDDENLY I HAVE A VISION!

If you Choose to Live in the past you are Controlled by Yesterday and you become Yesterday's History.

If you Choose to Live just for today you can be Controlled by the Circumstances of the Today and forget your Vision of the Future. Tomorrow never comes.

When you Choose to Live out your Vision and Plan for your Future then you will Control your Tomorrow. As you Control your Tomorrow you Create your own Future and Destiny.

SUDDENLY I HAVE A VISION!

Can you do this alone like Moses?

We need to Surround ourselves in a Huddle of Great Friends and Associates.

Jesus also said He left us a Helper and His name is God The Holy Spirit.

"Where there is no Vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he." Proverbs 29:18

Just Go! Don't Look Back! Win The Day and Plan For Tomorrow!
