DANIEL180: DOES GOD ASK US QUESTIONS?

As I was reading from the Ancient Scrolls discovered in 1948 in 11 caves in Qumran.

My Redeemer Whispered to Adam In the Garden of Eden, after Adam had fallen short,

"Adam where are you?"

Then my Redeemer Whispered to me in my Garden, "where are you?"

I thought, "What is He really asking me? He knows where I am."

As I stood there thinking what to say I said, "only you know my Lord!"

Then I realized both Adam and I have the same problems; both of us feel all alone, afraid and want to escape.

Then I said, "I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid."

Them my Redeemer said, "Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from?" Gen 3:10-11

Then Adam immediately blamed someone else for his failure.

I thought, "Wow! I do this same thing!

Instead of accepting the situation and taking responsibility I immediately look for excuses for why I failed.

Then I look for a Fig Leaf to cover it up."

For now on I must Accept and take Responsibility for my failures just as I would for my successes.

Then my Redeemer whispered to me, "If we Confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9

Then He said, "so where are you now?"
