- if it is prayer , then u r on the right track
- whatever it is u gotta ask yourself one last question.....

-Is what I am doing here now on earth, pleasing my Father up in heaven ?

If your screwed up, done some stupid shit, things you regret or simply careless but know there wrong deep down inside
and falling away from God , then get right back up fellowsss!!! because Guess what !??

God has a plan for you
It says in the bible, the book of Jeremiah 29:11

--- "for I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not evil, to give you a future and hope. 12 . In those days when you pray, I will listen. 13 . You will find me when you seek me, If you look for me in earnest.

God is always for you God is love And always will be so relax and sit back and take the word and use it as a sword throughout the day to keep the devil away ...?

just pray to the heavenly father ,,, it's all your choice ...!! Which ever one , there's always a price to be payed..!
