Fw: Leaders are Humble

Team: Today in the One Year Playbook we learn that, "Power Corrupts." Jehoram got too much power too quick. He was very arrogant

Here we will see why it is so important for Leaders to be Humble and Follow God's Playbook not our own.

"When Jehoram established himself firmly over his father's kingdom, he put all his brothers to the sword along with some of the officials of Israel." 2 Chronicles 21

Jehoram fell because of the following:

He got paranoid and killed his brothers
and officials.

He followed the ways of Ahab:
- Worshiped false gods
- Worshiped Baal, Molech and Ashtoreth
- Kept High Places - Witchcraft and Satan - Satan worship
- Human sacrafice to Baal and Molech

Married Ahab's daughter:
- Unequally yoked
- Influence from her and her parents.

Ahab did evil in eyes of the Lord.

In the end Jehoram lost everything including his life.

We need to stay Focused on the Lord!

The Playbook says, "Humble thyself in the sight of the Lord and He will lift you up."

Leaders are Humble

Finish Strong!
