Leaders Lead by Example

Team:

"Then all the leaders and all the people rejoiced, brought their contributions, and put them into the chest until all had given." 2 Chronicles 24:10

The Temple needed to be repaired. So Joash put a box outside the Temple for the people to put money and gifts. This money would go to repairing the Temple.

Joash led by example and made the first move to repairing the Temple. Leaders lead by example.

Leaders Trust their team to do the right thing. Here Joash could have required everyone to put in a certain percentage or taxed the people to repair the Temple. He did not.

Because Joash was prepared by his aunt's great leadership in his life for six years he was able to present a great opportunity for the people to come back to God freely by their own choice.

Nobody wants to be forced to do anything. When worship comes from a position of gratitude God multiplies the blessings in our lives. God knows that people who are Glad and Confident perform.

Leaders Lead by Example.
