REAL LEADERS ARE COMMITTED TO THE TEAM!

Team:

What is true commitment? We hear of it often but do we really know what True Commitment is?

Here in today's One Year Playbook we see real commitment from a Real Leader.

REAL LEADERS ARE COMMITTED TO THE TEAM!

For 40 years Jeremiah has been made fun of, beaten up, put in prison ect.. Why? Because he stood up for what he believed in. His reward was not to be popular with the people. His reward was to do whatever it took to help God.

Jeremiah was DETERMINED to proclaim God's message to Judah no matter what happened.

The Lord gave Judah every opportunity to turn from their rebellion and follow Him. They did not. Jeremiah is the messenger. Jeremiah didn't sign up for this Job he was appointed by God to be the messenger.

Have you ever been a messenger of news? When it is good news it is great but bad news is tough.

REAL LEADERS ARE COMMITTED TO THE TEAM!

"When the commander of the guard found Jeremiah, he said to him, "The LORD your God decreed this disaster for this place. 3 And now the LORD has brought it about; he has done just as he said he would. All this happened because your people sinned against the LORD and did not obey him. 4 But today I am freeing you from the chains on your wrists. Come with me to Babylon, if you like, and I will look after you; but if you do not want to, then don't come. Jer 40:2-4a

REAL LEADERS ARE COMMITTED TO THE TEAM!

Jeremiah was Determined to Finish Strong! No matter how the people treated him in the past it was irrelevant. Jeremiah was here to Win.

Jeremiah could have said, "later, nice knowing ya" and took off but he was committed to the people of Judah.

Friends, how about us? Are we that committed to our family, job, team ect..?

REAL LEADERS ARE COMMITTED TO THE TEAM!

Have a Powerful Day!!!

Just Go!!!
